Indemnity Waiver

This Indemnity Waiver (“Waiver”) applies to all users, customers, or participants (“You” or “Your”) who engage with the products, services, and activities provided by Restore Global (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) through the website restorepeptides.io or in any other manner. By purchasing, using, or engaging with Our products and services, You agree to the terms outlined in this Waiver.

1. Research Use Only (RUO) and Laboratory Risk Acknowledgment

By accessing, purchasing, or utilizing any products or services provided by Restore Global, You acknowledge and agree to the following:

All products are designated strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) and are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, or other lawful scientific investigation. These materials are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, clinical application, or therapeutic purposes.

You represent and warrant that You are a qualified professional or entity with the appropriate training, knowledge, and facilities to safely handle laboratory chemicals and compounds.

The handling of research materials may present laboratory-related hazards, including but not limited to chemical exposure, sensitization, contamination, or improper handling risks. You assume full responsibility for implementing appropriate environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols, including proper storage, handling, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and disposal in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.

Restore Global makes no representations regarding the suitability of its products for any use outside of controlled laboratory environments. Any use outside of stated research purposes is strictly prohibited.

2. Release of Liability

By purchasing this product, You are agreeing to Restore Global’s indemnity policy. You release, discharge, and hold harmless Restore Global, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the use, misuse, handling, or storage of any products or services offered by Us, including but not limited to:

  • Any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or other health issues that may arise from the use or misuse of the products.

  • Any damage or loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use Our products or services.

  • Any legal or medical issues that arise from Your failure to comply with local, national, or international laws related to the use or purchase of Our products.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

You agree to assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of the products purchased from Us, including following all instructions provided with the products. You acknowledge that You:

  • Have the necessary expertise, knowledge, and experience to handle, store, and use these products safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Will not use any products for human consumption or medical use unless specifically stated and approved by regulatory authorities.

  • Understand and accept the risks associated with research and experimental use of peptides and other related materials.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Restore Global, parent companies, subsidiaries, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

  • Your improper use or handling of the products or services purchased from Us.

  • Your breach of this Waiver or any other agreement or policy governing Your relationship with Us.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Restore Global, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable to You or anyone You purchase this for and/or Your company or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use the products or services offered by Us, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. No Warranty

We provide Our products and services “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees about the results or outcomes of using Our products or services for any specific purpose.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Waiver shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United States of America.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, using, or engaging with Our products or services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Indemnity Waiver. You further agree that this Waiver constitutes a binding agreement between You and Restore Global.
